How do I sign up or my initial consultation?

How do the virtual classes work?
Participants will receive an email with their Zoom link prior to start of each class. During class, we ask that you leave your video on.

Will my health insurance cover the cost of WL4L?
It is likely that you can use your HSA or FSA funds for WL4L. Contact your benefits administrator for more information.

What if I cannot attend all classes within my subscription or need to drop out of the program?
