Subscription Format

Group classes meet twice a month on Mondays. Classes are 60 minutes and are conducted virtually via Zoom.

With our subscription-based format, you can start classes when it's most convenient for you. Select classes for either three or six months at a time.

Weight Loss 4 Life (WL4L) is a long-term, research-based weight management program, supervised by endocrinologists and led by registered dietitians from the CU Medicine Weight Management and Wellness Clinic at the CU Anschutz Health and Wellness Center.



Classes are held on Mondays, 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Prior to your first class, you will meet for an initial 1:1 consultation, in person or virtually, with the WL4L registered dietitian group leader.

Cristina Rebellon, RDN

Cristina Rebellon is a registered dietitian and certified health coach at the CU Weight Management and Wellness Clinic. In her nutrition career, Cristina has worked with various communities around the country, focusing on adopting healthy lifestyle through small changes. Her passion and specialities lie within community nutrition and group-based interventions.

Hannah Brown, RD

Hannah Brown is a registered dietitian and instructor at the CU Medicine Weight Management and Wellness Clinic and is the WL4L RD group leader. Hannah's care philosophy is to meet patients where they are and work towards sustainable and relevant solutions to improve their health and quality of life.
