Wellbeing 360: Strength Training for Women

Take your ladies night happy hour to the gym! Learn the tools you need to build an efficient and effective workout. Our experts will give you some easy-to-digest education on strength training specifically for women, talk about goal setting so you can create a program specific to your goals, create a workout outline, and we’ll leave some time for Q+A before getting into an actual workout!

**Be sure to wear your workout gear so you can participate in the workout** (You’ll have access to the locker rooms if you need to change when you arrive).

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

You must be at least 16 to attend.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Parking is free with a code for members. Non-member parking is $1/hour. There are two parking lots adjacent the building—one to the east and one to the south. After you park, you can pay at the kiosk by entering your license plate number and a credit or debit card.

What’s the refund policy?

There is no refund policy, but your ticket is transferrable to someone else. Just contact the organizer (see previous question) and let us know who’ll be using your ticket so we can make them a name tag.
