What is your role here at the CU Anschutz Health and Wellness Center?
“I teach Zumba Tuesdays at 5:30 pm”

How long have you worked here?
“Since the Fall of 2015.”

What do you enjoy most about working here?
“The Group Fitness population is the best – so much energy and enthusiasm for the program and their personal success! Love how people keep sharing the positive things they hear about the Zumba Class too! Also, the regular flow of new people helps keep me engaged and my teaching skills sharp.”

What motivates you?
“Being better than I was before – knowing that I can have a positive influence just by being myself. Seeing people learn and grow is what pushes me to create fun and engaging choreographies and keep my playlist fresh for the class.”

Name some of your hobbies!
“Outside of dance/fitness? Knitting, Hiking, Golf, Travel, cooking with my boyfriend, going on walks with my pup.”

What is one of your bucket list items?
“I’d love to visit Italy, Greece, South Africa, and Japan!”
