What made you become a trainer?

After witnessing close family members battle health issues that could have been prevented from better nutrition and physical activity, I wanted to find a career that would help others who may find themselves in similar situations. I have always had a passion for fitness, so this path just clicked for me.

What can your training clients expect when working with you?

1. Accountability
2. Fun atmosphere
3. Learn about why certain movements/exercises are important

What is your key to staying motivated?

I sign up for a new class per week, or an exercise I’ve never tried before so I’m not stuck in a similar routine (and I might find a new passion/hobby along the way!).

What is the benefit of working with you for personal training?

Proper technique and execution of exercises are a key focus, as I believe proper exercise progression must be built from a strong foundation.
