Culinary medicine blends the art of food and cooking with the science of medicine. Join registered dietitians virtually each week as our team guide you through recipe hacks, how to use pantry staples, and the latest nutrition research.
Classes are held virtually through Zoom on Tuesdays from 5-5:30PM
COST: FREE to AHWC members, CU Anschutz Medical Campus students, and clinic referrals; $6 for non-members.
