“So many things, I like working with my yogis in classes as they are willing to listen and learn, the overall atmosphere of the center and the cleanliness and ambiance the yoga studio.”
What motivates you?
“It sounds so corny but yoga and teaching yoga motivates me; the philosophy, the poses, the theory, the progressive nature of the practice, the benefits of regular practice and the creativity I find from developing classes, themes, playlists, etc.”
Name some of your hobbies!
“I can say I need more hobbies, I am a career yoga instructor and teach more than full time and am working on my 500-hour teacher training so the best I can do at this point is walk my dog and explore more yoga philosophy through various means (books, trainings, other teachers, etc.). I enjoy music and like to watch music-related documentaries.”
