Exercise Class Exercise Sets/Reps
Lower Body Pull Kettlebell swings 5 x 15
Lower Body Push Goblet squats 5 x 5
Upper Body Push Push-ups 5 x 3

Do these exercises back-to-back with no rest. Rest as little as needed between sets.
