What made you become an instructor?
“Instructors that made fitness fun. I wanted to do that for others, just as my favorite instructors did for me.”
What is unique about your teaching style?
“I keep things light-hearted. I love to tell bad jokes and anecdotes to make the workout as fun as possible while also pushing participants to keep going”
What can the participants of your classes expect when working with you?
“A quality workout, a positive attitude toward fitness and well-being, and a gritting smile while doing burpees.”
What is your key to staying motivated?
“Wanting to be stronger today than yesterday.”
Who inspires you?
“My regular class participants. They keep getting stronger and push me to be more creative/knowledgeable with the workouts I provide.”
What’s the best piece of professional advice that you’ve ever received?
“Don’t talk yourself out of something you know you can do.”
