How much exercise do you need? – Live Science

Dr. Jacinda Nicklas, of the CU Anschutz Health and Wellness Center, was interviewed by Live Science online magazine for a comprehensive article about health, exercise, and weight loss.

“When you’re trying to lose weight, your diet is the most important factor, but when you’re trying to maintain weight loss, exercise becomes the most important factor.”

Nicklas recommends 60-70 minutes of moderate intensity exercise, 6 days a week.
