6 oz feta
2 T water
½ cup chopped parsley
¼ cup chopped mint
2 T finely chopped dill
3T olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
1. Blend feta and water in a food processor.
2. Add all herbs and whizz until combined.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Drizzle with olive oil and smattering of chopped dill.
5. Serve with warmed pita.
