    Areas of Specialization
I have been an assessor in BODYPUMP and BODYFLOW and for the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and a master trainer for Step and floor aerobics, but I am passionate about all of the formats I teach.

There should be a group exercise class for every body! The power of community and movement to music continually inspires me and I believe group exercise encompasses all of those things to change people’s lives through fitness.

    Personal Notables
I found my way to fitness classes 23 years ago when I moved to Denver from Kansas City for school, and I have never taken more than two weeks off of it since then! I have a wonderful husband and four amazing children. (My husband proposed to me in a group exercise class!) When I’m not teaching a class, I’m often preparing for my classes, cooking, riding my bike or (most likely) hanging out with my kids. I am a lover of learning and committed to evolving my knowledge of fitness and to always bring the best I can do my participants.
