I have a wonderful husband and four amazing children. (My husband proposed to me in a group exercise class!) When I’m not teaching a class, I’m often preparing for my classes, cooking, riding my bike or (most likely) hanging out with my kids. I am a lover of learning and committed to evolving my knowledge of fitness and to always bring the best I can do my participants.
