What is your role at the CU Anschutz Health and Wellness Center?
“I am the Clinical Integration Coordinator with the fitness center. I work with various disease populations such as Parkinson’s and Multiple Sclerosis as well as directly with physicians and providers to discover how to best serve these groups.”
What kinds of research do you do here?
“Currently, I am involved with a Multiple Sclerosis research project looking at the use of exercise as a form of treatment for MS.”
What do you enjoy most about what you do?
“My clients! I get to spend my day with the most amazing people and helping them continue doing the things they love and overcoming the barriers they are faced with is very rewarding.”
What are some of your hobbies?
“Anything outside! I love to ski, snowboard, snowshoe, hike, and paddleboard.”
What is one of your bucket list items?
“To ski, at least once, on every continent.”
