Get ready for your first day back on the slopes! Join AHWC in this ski and snowboard conditioning series, with in-person and virtual options, that will help you get the most out of each run.
This program will help keep you safe on the slopes and get you in the shape you need to make laps all day until the lifts are closed. You can expect a unique blend of strength, endurance, mobility, and balance work specifically designed to make you the best skier/snowboarder you can be. Participants should be intermediate to advanced skiers and/or snowboarders. Participating in Strong for the Slopes will help you:
- Increase stamina
- Increase muscular endurance
- Decrease likelihood of injury
- Get more out of each run

Strong for the Slopes is led by world-class trainers, Emily Elrick and Jimmy Pritchard, who have experience working with Olympic-level athletes to first-time weekend warriors.
