Cardio Circuit

Looking for a quick, but effective cardio workout? We’ve got you covered.

Our cardio crusher workout will get your heart pumping and leave you feeling energized. This workout is composed of two circuits. Complete each circuit twice!

Circuit A

To complete this circuit, perform each exercise for 60 seconds.

  • Jog in place
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Step Ups
  • Push-ups (remember to modify if necessary)
  • Rest

Circuit B

To complete this circuit, perform each exercise for 60 seconds.

  • Squat Jumps (or Squats for a lower impact)
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Alternating Lunges
  • Skiiers
  • Plank
