Using the Member Account App Play

Manage your account from anywhere with the CU Anschutz Health and Wellness Center Member Account App!

Use the member account app to check in at the fitness center, register for group exercise classes and programs, make payments, and manage your account.

PLEASE NOTE: All general member workout sessions in the fitness center must now be reserved through the member account app or website portal. Reservation intervals are currently 60 minutes per day, per member and are open 24 hours in advance. Group exercise classes are currently only available virtually.

APP INSTRUCTIONS

Use your member username and password to sign in to the app. If you have forgotten your credentials, click on “Forgot Username/Password” and enter the email address associated with your membership account. An email confirmation will be sent to you from membership@anschutzwellness.com with your username and a new password.

If you do not get the above confirmation or receive an error message, DO NOT create a new account. Please email membership@anschutzwellness.com for further assistance.

The temporary password sent to you will expire after 48 hours. From the home page, select “My Account” and “Change Password” to re-enter a password that you will remember, and SAVE.

When you visit the fitness center, check in using the app. Simply hold the barcode from your home page up to the scanner at the front desk.

To navigate through the app, use the menu button (three stacked lines in the upper left corner of the home page) to access the full menu, which includes your member account information, feedback, classes, programs, bookings, and more.

From the home page, tap the “Classes” icon on the bottom left side of the page.

Select a date (the app will default to the current day). All reservations can only be made 24 hours in advance.

Pick a time for “Open Gym Use” and tap the “Book” button. All reservations are 60 minutes.

Your name with a check mark will appear on the next screen. Tap the “Next” button and you’re done!

PLEASE NOTE: Group exercise classes are currently only available virtually and do not require a reservation. View the current class schedule here.

From the home page, tap the “Classes” icon on the bottom left side of the page.

Select a date (the app will default to the current day). All reservations can only be made 24 hours in advance.

Select the class you wish to reserve. The app will will indicate if the class is walk-in (no reservation needed), requires you to book a reservation, or has a waitlist. When you click on a class, you will also see a description of the class format, the instructor name, studio location, and how many spots are still available.

Tap the “Book” button to reserve your spot.

Verify your name, then tap the “Next” button to confirm the reservation.

You’ll receive a note that says, “Thank you! You have made a booking for (selected class).” Select “OK” to return to the home page, where you will see a list of your confirmed reservations for the current day.

From the home page, select the class or open gym time you wish to cancel, then select the “Cancel” button at the bottom of the screen.

A pop up box will confirm your request. Select “Yes,” and you will receive a confirmation that your reservation has been cancelled. The class or open gym time will be removed from your home page.

Access your account from the home page to update your profile information, including username, password, address, phone number, email, payment method, and more.

Choose an option from the top of the page.

Once the Edit Contact screen is open, the active page is indicated by the gray tab. In the “Personal tab,” swipe the page up to see more available fields. Simply tap on any of the desired fields to modify the content.

Your current method of payment for your membership dues is indicated by the green “Draft” label.

You can update or change your payment method by selecting the desired field and entering the new content.

From the My Account page, select “Make Payment” to view your current balance and/or submit a payment.

In Balance Summary you are able to view any past-due balance amounts for the past 90 days, as well as your total balance.

Enter the value of your payment in the “Amount to Pay” box. If you have no balance and would like to add an advance payment (credit) on the account, simply type in the value of the amount you would like to apply.

Tap “Submit” to select the payment method.

Choose from the available payment options.

Confirm or enter the content for your choice. Tap the “Pay” button to complete the transaction.

To see how many check-ins you have for a specific time frame, select “Check In History” from the My Account page and enter the desired date range. The app will allow you to choose a range of up to six months.

Select the calendar icon to select the start and end dates. Tap “Select” for each one, then tap “Submit” to see a detailed history of your recorded check-ins by date and time.
