Get lifting with BODYPUMP and you’ll tone and shape your entire body, without adding bulky muscles.

This full-body barbell workout will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health. During BODYFLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.

JUST GETTING STARTED?

Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.

Research shows that a slow and steady approach to starting an exercise regime you can stick with. Your instructor will not only support, but encourage you to begin with just half of the class, and then gradually add a track (roughly a 5 minute section) each week until you are doing the whole class.
