√ Sip to sustain your hydration, another key component to your fuel. Hydration improves your productivity and reduces your stress. How much water is enough? You should be drinking at least half of your body weight in ounces daily. So for a 165 pound woman, that’s 85 ounces of water or other hydrating beverages each day.
