    The biggest thing that gets in the way of people working out is the word “work”. We all work hard in our day to day lives, and putting in more work to stay healthy seems exhausting.     • I am passionate about the specific population I get to work with and to be able to stand by participants through this unique fitness journey. I was lucky enough to intern with the Cancer Exercise Program and then get hired as the Program Coordinator this past year. I am excited to be a part of the growth and influence of this wonderful program.

    • If you are training with me, you will definitely hear a lot of stories about my two year old daughter! I also love hiking, snowboarding, traveling, going to baseball games, playing soccer and cooking!
