Explore techniques for creating mindfulness and strategies for affirming intention, clarity, acuity, and calmness. Work through Traditional Hatha Yoga Postures including cross-legged, kneeling, and extended-leg varieties.
Cycles of Thought – Thursday, June 15 at 6:00 p.m. | Studio 2
Guided and self-guided meditation paired with gentle standing postures and movements are the crux of this series. Cultivate a deeper understanding of kinesthetic development and bodily awareness through this empowering meditation strategy.
Underneath the Self – Thursday, July 13 at 6:00 p.m. | Studio 2
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditative experience similar to the hypnogogic state. This practice encourages access to the subconscious mind, to a storehouse of impressions and experiences in a safe, comfortable environment.
Member Cost: $20 per session or $50 for all three
