Fees for use of our spaces vary as described below:
University of Colorado entities: there is no fee for official University departments. Departments must ensure they comply with all University policies for meetings and events.
University of Colorado affiliates: there is a rental fee for each space, as outlined below. Outside normal business hours, there is also a $50 per hour administrative fee.
External entities: there is a rental fee for each space, as outlined below, plus a $50 per hour administrative fee for the full time frame (in or outside of business hours). External entities must have an on-campus department sponsor the meeting.

*A half-day is defined as four or fewer hours including setup and breakdown. A full day is defined as more than four hours including setup and breakdown.
